It's a complete 3–3.5-hour ritual: steam & heat in the hammam with a signature treatment, followed by a massage in the dry area and tea with dessert. We offer 13 signature programs, from 18,000 to 35,000 ₽. Each has its own treatments — for example, “Turkish Steam” includes a foam massage with a kese mitt, while “Moroccan Ritual” features black beldi soap, a mineral wrap and a facial.

“Turkish Steam” — 18,000 ₽, 3.5 hours: a foam massage in the hammam plus 80 minutes of massage. It gives you a full taste of the spa. For couples, “Forbidden Cherry” and “Dolce Verde” are great choices, and if you're after a detox-style ritual, try “Volcanic Ash”.

Yes, it's one of our most popular formats. Two therapists work at the same time in the couples area, with two tables side by side. Couples massage starts from 16,000 ₽ for two, and couples spa programs from 36,000 ₽ for two. Prices are for both guests — no need to double them.

Two therapists work on one guest in sync, so the body relaxes faster and more deeply than with a regular massage. 60 min — 17,000 ₽, 90 min — 26,000 ₽, 120 min — 34,000 ₽.

Massages are performed by certified therapists from the Philippines, specializing in Balinese massage, Thai stretching and classic relaxing techniques. If you'd like a particular therapist, just mention it when booking — we'll do our best to arrange it if the schedule allows.

Yes — and they save you up to 40% compared with single visits. Five 60-minute sessions cost 30,000 ₽ (6,000 ₽ per session instead of 8,000–10,000 ₽), ten cost 60,000 ₽, and fifteen cost 90,000 ₽ plus 5 salt cave sessions. There are also 90-minute spa passes: five for 50,000 ₽, ten for 100,000 ₽, and twenty for 200,000 ₽ with 25 salt cave sessions as a gift. You can buy one online at abonement.enjoyspa.ru, and it will appear in the app right away. Valid for 8 types of massage — all except the four-hands and herbal pouch massages.

The easiest option is a spa program: hammam, body care and massage are already combined into one visit, and it works out cheaper. Alternatively, you can rent the hammam before or after your massage — usually for at least two hours, or for just one hour together with a massage if the area is free.

The spa is private: during your time, there's no one else in your area. Your belongings stay in your own room — there are no shared changing rooms. This is exactly why guests most often come back.

Yes — we have six ready-made girls' spa party packages, from 20,000 ₽ for a group of up to 4 for 4 hours (“Let's Steam!”) to 150,000 ₽ for the 6-hour “Royal Bride” with full decoration of the area. The package price is fixed for a group of up to four guests; each additional guest is charged extra, depending on the package. The ideal group size is up to 8 people.

Balloon and rose petal decor, lounge area decoration, a Polaroid camera (3,000 ₽ for 10 photos) and a photographer. Your own playlist and board games are free. Extending your time in the lounge area after the program is 5,000 ₽ per hour.

Yes, for children aged 4 to 15: a 60-minute relaxing massage is 7,000 ₽, a Balinese massage is 8,000 ₽. Gentle techniques and hypoallergenic oils. A parent or legal guardian stays at the spa for the whole session: for children under 12 — in the massage room next to the child; from age 12 they may wait in the lounge area. Before the treatment, our front desk will give you a questionnaire and a written parental consent form to fill in on site.

Fever, infections, skin conditions during a flare-up, epilepsy, cancer, and recent injuries. We recommend not eating for two hours before your session.

Outside food and drinks, including alcohol, are not allowed. Instead, you can order from the Khleb i Vino restaurant menu — snacks, desserts and drinks — through our front desk. Tea with dessert is included in your visit.

During pregnancy, the hammam and sauna are only allowed with a doctor's approval. A gentle massage is possible: be sure to mention how far along you are when booking so the therapist can choose the right technique and position. The salt cave is usually fine, but it's best to check with your doctor.
