What is a Finnish sauna
A Finnish sauna is a dry bath with a temperature of 80–100 °C and low humidity of 10–30%. The dry heat warms the body deeply and quickly, and after each round comes a cool contrast shower and rest. This “heat–cool” rhythm is the essence of the Finnish tradition: it invigorates, exercises the blood vessels and gives you that light feeling after a good steam.
Canadian cedar sauna with an IKI stove
A Finnish sauna is all about dry heat, wood and stone. Our sauna is built of Canadian cedar and juniper: when heated, the aromatic wood releases a resinous, piney scent — the very reason Finns love cedar steam rooms. The heart of the sauna is a Finnish IKI Pillar stove with 120 kg of stones: the large mass of stone holds an even, gentle heat and produces good steam when water is poured on it.
After a round in the sauna — cooling down and rest. A cool contrast shower and a relaxation area between rounds create that classic Finnish rhythm: deep warming, then cooling, and back into the heat. Your blood vessels get a workout, your skin breathes, your head clears.

Sauna with massage — what to add to your visit
The dry heat of the sauna warms and relaxes the muscles, so a massage after a round works deeper and feels better. Add any of our 10 massage types to your sauna rental, in a separate spa room with two massage tables. Duration: 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
What a Finnish sauna does for your body
Dry heat of 80–100 °C followed by cooling off under a cool shower works on several body systems at once — from muscles and blood vessels to skin and immunity.
Muscles and joints
Dry heat warms the muscles deeply and quickly — easing tension in the neck and back and helping you recover after a workout or a long, hard day at work.
Circulation and energy
The hot-and-cool contrast (sauna → contrast shower → sauna) trains the blood vessels, gets the circulation going and gives you a rush of energy. The classic Finnish bathing rhythm.
Detox and skin
Heavy sweating flushes out excess fluid and toxins and cleanses the pores. After the sauna and a contrast shower, your skin feels smooth and toned.
Immunity and sleep
Regular sauna sessions combined with cold exposure strengthen the immune system and help you cope with colds more easily, while an evening visit noticeably improves the quality of your sleep.
Important: a Finnish sauna puts more strain on the heart than a hammam. If you have high blood pressure, heart or vascular conditions, are pregnant or have an acute condition, consult your doctor beforehand and let our front desk know. Start with short sessions and don't overdo the contrast.

Sauna FAQ
How much does it cost to rent a sauna in Moscow?
Finnish sauna rental is 5,000 ₽/hour for 1–4 guests. The sauna + hammam combo is 7,000 ₽/hour (you save 3,000 ₽). Each additional guest beyond 4 is 3,000 ₽/hour, up to a maximum of 6 people. The minimum rental is 2 hours.
Where is the sauna? Is it near the metro?
The Enjoy Spa sauna is in Moscow at 94 bldg 3, Prospekt Vernadskogo (Mirax Park residential complex), in the South-West district — 5 minutes from Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station and 10 minutes from Troparyovo metro station. Free guest parking is available in the courtyard of the complex.
What is the sauna made of?
It's a Finnish sauna built of Canadian cedar and juniper, with an IKI Pillar stove holding 120 kg of stones. The large mass of stone keeps the heat even and soft and produces good steam when you pour water on it, while the warmed cedar releases a resinous, woody pine scent.
How should I cool down between sessions?
After each round in the sauna, take a cool contrast shower and rest in the lounge area. The hot-and-cool contrast invigorates, trains the blood vessels and gives you that light feeling after bathing. Don't overdo sudden cooling if you have heart problems.
Sauna or hammam — which should I choose?
A sauna means dry heat of 80–100 °C, deep and fast warming of the muscles and contrast with a cool shower. A hammam offers soft, humid steam at 40–50 °C that is gentle on the heart, with a foam massage using a kese mitt. If you'd like both, book the sauna + hammam combo for 7,000 ₽/hour and alternate between the two.
How is a sauna different from a Russian banya?
A sauna has dry air (10–30% humidity) and a high temperature — you warm up through the heat itself. A Russian banya is more humid (50–80%), and people steam with a birch or oak whisk as the steam rises and falls. Ours is the Finnish format: dry heat, cedar, an IKI stove and a cool contrast shower.
Can I book a massage after the sauna?
Yes. You can add any of our 10 massage types to your sauna rental — relaxing, Balinese, Thai stretching, hot stone and more — in a separate spa room. Warming up in the sauna relaxes the muscles, so a massage afterwards works deeper. Massages are performed only by certified Enjoy Spa therapists.
What is included in the rental price?
Fresh robes and towels, slippers, a private relaxation room with its own shower and toilet, tea and herbal drinks, aromatherapy, and a lounge area with a sound system. You don't need to bring anything — just come as you are.
How many people does it fit?
The relaxation room comfortably fits 4–6 people. The base price covers 1–4 guests; each additional guest beyond 4 is 3,000 ₽/hour, up to a maximum of 6 people. The sauna is perfect for a couple, a group of friends or a small celebration.
Are there any contraindications?
A Finnish sauna puts significant strain on the heart. If you have high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant or have an acute condition, you should consult a doctor. Start with short sessions and don't overdo the contrast. Please let our front desk know about any health restrictions.
